Video Games Can Be Good

Ah, the bedroom. A place of calming and relaxing times. Sleeping, watching movies, & doing work with plants all about. A beautiful flower standing tall next to the bed. But for me, it is playing video games and that is the thing that allows me to have fun. Me playing video games in my bedroom.

As I turn on the TV, I prep myself for the battles I’m about to step into. I load in and “ready up” for the first game of the day, the game that I will win. I land soft and sneaky like a ninja on the chilly and crunchy snow after jumping out of the “battle-bus”. I grab a BLUE AR(an Assault Rifle), a GREY Tactical Shotgun, and set out for VICTORY. When I play video games like this, I get super hyped about how the game will go and how I will play the game. It makes it so that I can have a game plan and actually know what to do instead of just jumping in, going bananas and losing right away.

OMG, I haven’t died somehow in a game and just got an RPG! (Rocket-Propelled Grenade.) I saw a “Fusion” skin on a steep hill covered in a tiny sheet of snow. He didn’t know what was going on and had no clue where I was perched. I remained in a massive bush, camping when I shot him three times in the head and killed him and then, VUALA. This is one of those times when people get super excited about what happens or what they get during the game. This happens to me very often when I’m about to win a game, like when I look at the count of how many people are still alive. This makes it super important when players look at the player count. It makes me super enthusiastic about every game I play and that’s what motivates me to play better.

Wooh, I’m about to play my, probably 5th game of the day to finish these challenges so I can get the new ALTER E.G.O skins and the Sorana skin. This is a time in gaming where people get confident about the new challenges that come out and they say to themselves: “I will get these challenges done before the season ends”. I do this as well because the challenges actually help you get better at the game. Challenges get added to unlock more stuff, but in my case to help me get better and confident. Most pro players do this and this is important to most pro players.

Video games can be very important to many people’s lives and I think that it is not good to criticize people who play, just say: “Keep doing what you like.”
