“ Hey dad can I have a cat,” Maya asked her dad. “No Maya, you know your mom is allergic to cats,” Her dad replied. “ Please I’ll keep her in my room,” Maya begged “OK OK talk to your mom about it,” He told her. “ I will, I will,” she didn’t want to talk to your mom about it but she knew it was the only way she would get a cat. Maya ran into the garage and found her mom organizing some junk. Maya ran to her mom in the big garage. “ Hey mom can I please have a cat…,” Maya started to ask “No,” her mom broke in. “…I’ll put her in my room.,” Maya finished.  “ OK Maya,” her mom said. Maya and her dad went to the pet store to try to find a cat. Maya found the perfect cat. It was an orange and hairless cat, with the cutest biggest roundest cat eyes you’d ever seen. Maya’s face glowed like the sun, She gave a small shriek, she jumped up and down, and then ran and brought her dad to the cat. “Looks good,”her dad said. Then he went to go pay for the cat. Maya followed.“  I’ll call her Sasha,” When Maya and her dad got home Maya washed her hands and went upstairs to show her cat her room. “ Here you go,” She said then got a snack. When she came back her room was ruined! Sasha was scratching the rug. “ Sasha!,” Maya whispered “ I forgot to get you kitty city and toys not to mention the food! But before we go get those we should clean my room.

“ Hey mom, can I go to the pet store again I don’t have anything for my cat,” Maya asked her mom. “ OK Maya,” Her mom replied then she went to go clean. “Come on dad,”  Maya said, they went back to the pet store When they came back they had Food bowls, a small kitty city, and some toys. “Time to put them in my room,” Maye said. She was so happy with her new cat.
