When i was a small itsy witsy child I loved this car video game (wish I remembered what it was called) and it had this rock band called KISS as the audio. That’s when i started liking rock music. I loved the loud song that came up every time i played; it made me feel fired up.  there are lots of types of rock, lots of instruments, and lots of feeling when playing or listening to rock.

There are hair bands like Cinderella those bands have really long hair especially the men (not to be stereotypical) who don’t usually have long hair which is very cool I mean I like it coming from a 10 year old boy that does not have long hair. I also love that heavy metal bands, like KISS, do not care if they are too loud; they like to turn up the gain, volume, and delay; that’s when the real stuff comes out. Jimi Hendrix was probably the best guitarist of all time; for example Jimi Hendrix was in the army until 1962 and then in 1969 he played “The Star-Spangled Banner” and died a year after that; the banner is not so star-spangled any more. I play Jimi Hendrix sometimes on guitar.

Yes I like it loud and louder as the roar of the guitar. It makes me me. It makes me want to play my guitar day and night yes i like shredding the screaming of the shredding machine (guitar); then there’s drums that’s the heartbeat of the song also bass thats super cool those are the main instruments. The elements of a song are melody, measure, time signature, harmony, rhythm, and tempo.

When I play guitar I feel happy. I get into the zone – I am just playing and can’t hear anything around me except for the guitar. If I’m sad, I will go play guitar. Then, it feels like my life is getting better each time I play. When I listen to music, it is just amazing because you can really hear the music better and then get better at playing it. If you have a good ear, you can literally hear the notes and try to perfect it when you play your instrument. Listening to music makes me feel happy and want to practice more, get on stage, and rock.

The best song of all time in Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, which I know and it is an amazing song. The song is 6 minutes long and has different sections: an intro, a ballad, an operatic passage, a hard rock and something called a coda, which means the end. It is about a man accidentally killing someone and sold his soul to the devil.

Some people don’t like rock but that probably not true because they have probably not heard it on the radio (107.7). I practice every day and I may miss a day but i try. Above all I would recommend listening to rock because it changed my life and it might change yours.
