I am from a loud city where tourists take pictures

I am from a little apartment building on the top floor

I am from many friendly neighbors greeting me in the morning

I am from honking cars outside my bedroom window

I am from a house where my family loves me

I am from devouring pizza in the car with my dad

I am from having family taco nights and playing board games

I am from messily inhaling burgers on family road trips

I am from stuffing frozen waffles into my mouth every morning

I am from people telling me that I am super tall

So often it is almost annoying

I am from people saying “why are you so shy?”

I am from people telling me that

I could be a volleyball star one day

“how are you always so positive?”

I am from people telling me I am funny

I am from having piano lessons every thursday

I am from teaching my dad how to play hand games

I am from going furnitures shopping and getting distracted
