Stereotypes? I Don’t Think so

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. -Martin Luther King, Jr. , When I hear this quote I think of Everyone should be treated equally. When your not being treated equally it doesn’t feel good at all sometimes when you’re being treated unfairly you feel like you will never fit in. EX: imagine you are walking are walking on the field and some boys are playing flag football three girls walk up to them and say “can we play too” one of the boys walks up to them and says “you are girls you can’t play flag football.

Everyone should be treated equally. Stereotypes, sometimes people treat you differently based off of your gender. For example a boy tells his mom that he wants a doll for christmas his mom say no you are a boy you should want toy car’s or action figures. This should never happen especially to a child nor an adult so be open minded about what your saying to a person because this can really hurt someone and it wouldn’t feel good if the person did back to you.

Everyone should be treated equally, For example if there’s a new kid in your class she doesn’t look anything like you what are you going to do are you just going to leave her alone for the whole day. Finally up to her and you go up to her then you start talking to them and then you find out you have a lot in common like she likes basketball just like you or she likes to go to the water park and get a bucket of water dumped on her head and she likes vanilla ice cream as much as you. Just so you know When you look at a person you might have your opinions about him/her but when you go up to them or if you start talking to them your opinions can change.

I believe in the future that there will be no hate there will be no stereotypes a lot of things will happen in the future but…I believe that we can get past stereotypes all over the world  WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE!!!!!
