Mei and Tao where sleeping in there small apartment in Paris France. Their apartment was called the croissant because it looked like a croissant, they lived near the Eiffel Tower and Mei could not fall asleep but she looked at the Eiffel Tower and that helped her fall asleep. Three hours later Mei wakes up , “ah finally sunny.” She says then wakes Tao up to. They both get dressed and decided to take a walk to get lemons for avocado toast. They are at the market and Tao asks “where are the lemons?” To the cashier Culo. She said “all the lemon shipments are delayed and are becoming more valuable. Then they walk to the park to get doughnuts instead. They get doughnuts and walk back to their apartment complex. When they got back they ate doughnuts while watching tv. “Tao look at the news all the lemon shipments are delayed because of miner emergencies due to fires.” Said Mei.
“All lemonade stands are becoming more valuable,” says Mei. “O.M.G we should start a lemonade stand,” said Tao. “Yeah agreed,” says Mei. “But we have no sidewalk,” said Tao. “Yeah but we could rent a cheap parking lot.” Said Mei. “Great I’m renting it now.” Said Tao. The next day they started gathering supplies and looking for lemons. They could not find lemons so they tried the garden store that sometimes had produce. When they were at the garden store that looked for Pluto the (cashier and owner). They found him. “Do you have any lemons by chance.” Said Tao.
“No but one lemon tree.” Said Pluto. “Can we see it now.” Asks Tao. “Yes.” Said Pluto. They looked at the lemon tree and bought it. They went back to their complex where they ready? They went back and put everything in buckets then realized that the parking lot was five blocks away and it would take a day to transport stuff…
Mei’s face looked so surprised Tao thought that it would fall of. They went to Bo truck rentals and found it was closed for renovations then started to walk back. There apartment glisinned in the afternoon sunshine and sparkled like the North Star.
They went to there apartment complex and drank water faster than a sparrow because of being dehydrated.
They got hoodies because they where going to the roof. When they got there they saw Alex waiting for them. They talked about the transportation problem then Alex said. “You could borrow my family’s truck I could drive it for you.” Tao’s face smiled from under his hoodie, he felt as if he where flying. The next day it was sunny the soft breeze felt like silk and a dog barked like it was its birthday. Alex planned to meet them at there apartment at ten a.m because Alex had art class at eight and that was when she could come. At ten a.m Alex nocked on the door with there knocker. “I’m ready if you are.” Said Alex. “Ok we are too.” Said Tao. They loaded up the truck and set of for the parking lot. When they got to the parking lot Alex, Tao and Mei unloaded the stuff and started preparing for the line that was growing big some people just asked for lemonade but some people asked for lemons too.
