On that day I found that door that I had never paid attention to and it was open. Hi I’m Sacajawea the pet cat. I have four owners and one daughter and their names are Lewis, Clark, Mom, Dad, and Jean Baptiste. I live in the mountains. I was thinking about going through the open door, maybe it was a door to the outside.

There was one way to find out. I waited all day, still nothing until dad opened the door and I Went through “what the ” He said,”what is it” said mom? “Sacajawea is in the storage  room.” Dad explained.”oh no”! mom shouted. “what is it”. Asked Lewis and Clark. “Sacajawea is in there”.

“I will try to lure Sacajawea out with her food”. said mom. “Great idea”. Said dad. then mom walked into the storage room entrance. “Mmmmm I smell food, It must be coming from outside”I thought.

“Oh no it didn’t work”. Exclaimed mom. “Hmmm”,mom thought. A few seconds later. She said “I’ve got it,  I stand at the entrance and Clark makes Sacajawea go through the door”, mom suggested.

  “Great idea”, said dad. Then they put the plan into action. I saw Clark and I ran. “Why are they here?” I thought to myself ?

   my tail got big and wide. Scary noises were boncing off walls so I ran but Clark jumped in front of me I had to get outside but I was so spooked I froze. “Sacajawea is frozen”, Clark updated. “Maybe Lewis can help”, suggested Clark. “Good idea”,agreed mom. “Lewis get your Crocs on please”, mom said.

After Lewis put his Crocs on he went into the storage room. I had just found a, opening to another room but suddenly Clark jumped in front of me again so I ran and I saw Lewis and he scared me again, I ran as fast as I could then I ran out of the storage room and down to the mudroom. “Is she safe down there?”, Lewis asked. “Yes I am not scared about Sacajawea going in the garage”,mom answered.”She is safe from coyotes now” dad added. I didn’t know what coyotes were but they sounded scary. Lewis and Clark came down to the mudroom to comfort me.

I was calmer now and I let Lewis and Clark pet me.
