Here at school, I notice my homework that has been doodled on since I’ve got it. 

Here at school, my work is getting completed by my pencil and me.

Here at school, I look at my teachers and friends with their masks on waiting for the time when we don’t have to wear masks anymore.

Here at school I think about all the field trips we’ve had and the overnight field trip and how Nature Bridge was the first overnight field trip for 5th grade in 2 years.

Here at school I think about how it’s the 50th year anniversary of Live Oak and my memories of the past years kick in.
